I made a call to the surgery to make an appointment and a bit of advice, the receptionist send me a link for a questionnaire to complete. After completing the questionnaire i was given a telephone appointment with a doctor. The doctor phoned me on the arranged date and we discussed tests and treatment needed if any. All went well.

It can sometimes be difficult to contact the surgery, but i would imagine this is only at busy times.
